Learning with Kristen always includes a daily breath and meditation practice. Her offerings are rooted in the Kundalini lineage, knowing the body follows the mind and the mind follows the breath.
When we empower our breath within, we curate inner wellness & immunity, balance, harmony, peace, love and joy within.
Kristen works 1 on 1 teaching breath and mediation,offers 30, 60 and 90 day practices live via Zoom and can be found at a local studio teaching in community.Her teaching share guiding principles of a personal daily practice, to support humans in the present moment of life and build a devotion to self care and self love.

Environmental Stewardship Summer
Apprenticeship with Kristen Victor
Summer Offering for 13-17 year old humans interested in deepening into their gifts as an Environmental Steward.
July and August , (4) young adults will access experimental learning through earth-based advocacy and corporate advocacy, with one on one mentoring, group projects and connected, playful interactions together in the beach community of Pacific Beach.
We will be exploring the wetlands, reviewing a current naturalization project at political stake, learn how to curate our voice in writing and in public to impact change in our current culture, and weave yogic and art philosophy into our time together.The outcome is a tool box of resources to travel a lifetime forward as an Environmental Steward, guided by Kristen Victor, a lifetime Environmental Steward + Advocate.

Join us in celebrating the artistry of the Zapoteca Master Weavers of Colectivo Bii Dauu & Friends at an exclusive pop-up event in Downtown San Diego. Hosted at Exclusive Collections Gallery on October 11, 2025, the experience begins with a vibrant Roots of Colors & Life Talk at 11:00 AM, followed by a viewing and shopping of the collection from 12:00–4:00 PM. This special event highlights cultural storytelling through weaving, in partnership with A Regenerative Future, Nest, and Native Like Water.
